Welcome to
A regulatory intelligence platform, tracking where the world's financial regulatory thinking is headed, and building the tools that help compliance teams keep up with it.
Every sun rising with new possibilities our country wakes up to everyday, illuminates the ever-evolving economic order of the largest social lineage of the world — India, that is Bharat. Value is created and traded, birthing new money which is a product of our efforts. Our work-product, that is, rupee, is our societal asset we must help safeguard and regulate as active citizens.
At The Finvocates, regulatory updates and public consultations from financial regulatory authorities of India and the world are tracked, and public consultations responded to, inasmuch as resources allow. Afraid whether the work does justice to what we aim it on, given constraints, the commitment is to max out on possible effort, banking on the belief that when resources, no matter how scarce, are coupled with best effort and structurally consistent categorical planning, they compound into a larger shape and size.
The fact that a democratic world gives direct opportunities to respond to financial regulatory authorities, and every law-making authority that runs public consultations, is both motivation and reward for the work here. There is no money involved in this project apart from the website domain expense, and that is by design. The aim is to create a lightweight platform that is useful specifically for everyone associated in any way with the financial regulatory space and its impact, of which every citizen of every republic is a part.
The philosophy is to remain categorical and veracious without exception, and calibrated in approach, respecting the economy of time users invest.
This project has no association with any regulatory body. This is purely an academic endeavour for facilitating research, regulatory participation via public consultations, and study.
What we do
The Finvocates explores the confluence where regulatory expectations and compliance efforts meet. ComplAI is one such project under development, where we explore building solutions that directly address the problems faced in compliance operations.
Follow along on LinkedIn and RBI regulatory updates from ComplAI land in your feed.
Our philosophy is to maintain the highest standards of transparency and trust. We never post anything without real support, evidence or logic. If you don't find a link in one of our posts, DM us, and we'll take it down.
Right now, The Finvocates, including ComplAI, is run independently by Chakradhar Kale, who is also the founder of this project. He is a student at Government Law College, Mumbai (Batch of 2028).
